FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Soap & Glory New Hair Range

While scrolling through the Boots website recently, I noticed Soap and Glory had released a brand new hair care range with so many new products from shampoo's and conditioner's to leave in treatments and hair masks. As they were on an introductory offer, I decided to pick out a few bits and give them a try.

I needed a new shampoo & conditioner and the Weightless range sounded perfect, as my hair is very fine and I find most shampoo's weigh my hair down and make it look oily very quickly. After using this just a few times, my hair looks shinier and feels less flat. The shampoo and conditioner contains grapefruit and lychee which makes it smell incredible.

My hair can also get very frizzy, so the Control Sleek Cream sounded great. You apply it to towel dried hair, comb it through and blow dry it. To 'activate' the cream, you have to then straighten your hair, but it makes a huge difference. My hair looked so shiny and it claims to last up to 8 washes!

Another hair problem I suffer with is split ends. I've tried loads of serums and leave in conditioners but they always seem to make my hair greasy halfway through the day. The Wonder Serum is a leave in serum spray to use on towel dried hair. It smells amazing, and it was great as a detangler as well! You can also use it throughout the day to keep your hair looking shiny.

The only product I was slightly disappointed with was the Rushower Dry Shampoo. When I first applied it I thought it was great - it didn't appear white when I applied it, or feel chalky like some dry shampoo's do. It lasted most of the day, but by the evening my hair started to look greasy again, whereas the one I normally use doesn't make my hair look greasy until the next morning. But it made my hair smell amazing and definitely did the job for a quick fix.

The products are on offer until the 13th Feb on the Boots website, so make sure you give it a try!

Until the next post,
Becci xx
