January is the month of fab sales and a great opportunity to change up beauty products and routines. Superdrug always have great January sales, and offers on new products and along with 20% off for students recently - I had to take full advantage!
I loved the scent 'Cosmos' that Zoella brought out the Christmas, but I didn't get a chance to pick any of it up - and I'm glad I didn't until now! Instore they had the 100ml fragrances for just £2.49 (so naturally I picked up 2!) I also picked up the Wish Upon A Spa Gift Collection for just £10 (£8 with the discount!) which includes most of the body products from the collection plus a cute headband and a bath lily.
Most of Superdrug's own brand cosmetics and skincare are cruelty free and vegan and are great quality at such affordable prices. A new range that I noticed when I went in store was the 'We heart' range. I bought a Charcoal Mask from that range a few months ago (which I'm still yet to try) but I noticed loads of new products. One that caught my eye was the Pink Grapefruit Jelly Cleanser, I've never seen a jelly cleanser before so I had to try it out! It was buy one get one 1/2 price, so I decided to go for the Baking Soda Powder Scrub, as again this was a new concept to me.
I was also in need of an more gentle body scrub as the ones I own for fake tanning are quite rough to use every week, so I choose the We Heart Pink Grapefruit Jelly Scrub as it says it's suitable to use a few times a week - and the scent is amazing!
Lastly from Superdrug, I picked up the Revolution Double Flicked Liquid Eyeliner. I normally go for the Renaissance Eyeliner, but with this one being £1.50 cheaper, I thought I'd give it a go. I love the idea of two different sizes which will hopefully make flicks so much easier!
Altogether, including my student discount it cost me just £23.05, with a saving of just under £9!
Until the next post, Love
