Superdrug Summer Beauty Haul (June)

I always love trying new beauty products, especially in the Summer. As my holiday is coming up soon, I needed to stock up on some essentials, but also picked up a few new bits to try to!

The first product I picked up was a summer essential for me, the Coco Lip Oil from Barry M. It smells incredible and does a great job of hydrating your lips while also is the perfect finishing touch to a glowy summer make-up look. When looking at all the make-up stands I noticed Nip and Fab's new Primer Essences and thought they sounded intriguing.  I chose the Pink Grapefruit one which claims to make the skin luminous and radiant, while also even out the skin tone - I'm so excited to try it out.

Another summer essential for me is a BB Cream. I always go for the Superdrugs BB Cream, it's lightweight with just enough coverage and when set with a bit of powder, looks so natural but still slightly glowy. I'd also heard great things about the Gosh BB Cream in the shade Sand which seems the perfect colour for me without any tan, as it's really pale which I struggle to find in a BB Cream.

I love finding new eyebrow products, and after using a eyebrow pencil for a few months, I decided to go back to trying a powder. The Revolution Eyebrow Powder caught my eye as it has two different shades which makes it so much easier to get a more natural eyebrow look. I also picked up the ELF Wow Brow Gel as I'm yet to find a drugstore brow gel that I really like, and this one had good reviews. I love how small the wand it, and makes my brows look fuller even without filling them in first.

Another primer I picked up was the Revolution Hydrate Primer. I think this range of primers are relatively new and there was a few different ones to choose from, but as my skin has been really dry lately I went for this one. It feels like a moisturizer, not silicone based, which I prefer much more as it feels more lightweight. Also from Revolution, I got the Mini Nudes Chocolate Palette as I realised that all my palettes I own are quite big to travel with, and I wanted something small to bring on holiday. The 3 matte and 5 shimmer shades are really pigmented and blend lovely, and will be perfect for everyday make up looks all year round.

Lastly I picked up some Summery nail polishes from Barry M. The Coconut Infusion range had some gorgeous colours, and I picked out two; Flamingo which is a lovely coral/peachy colour, and Laguna, a pale blue. They apply really smoothly, and last a long time before they start to chip. I also went for the Barry M Top and Base Coat, and it works so well! It's definitely made my nails stronger, and made my nail polish last a lot longer.

And that's everything I picked up!

Until next time,
