Happy 2019! I hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year, and are looking forward to everything this year brings. I know it's been a while, and this post is a little later than I hoped to post it, but I decided to take some time off and use that time to update my blog for 2019!
One of my favourite posts to read around Christmas time is What I Got For Christmas posts, as I love seeing people's reactions to presents and showing extra appreciation for what you receive. I know not everyone loves these kind of posts, and if not that's totally cool, but if your nosy (like me!) than carry on reading!
Starting with stationary things, I got the Zoella Planner which I already love! I also got the Zoella Desk Calendar, and a AJ Pritchard Calendar.
I love receiving books for Christmas, as I never really buy them for myself. I can't wait to read the Twisted Tales series, as I've heard so many good reviews! The Villains colouring book has so many cool pictures, and Where's Mickey is a Disney version of Where's Wally which I loved as a kid! The blogging book also has great ideas for new bloggers and understanding all the blogging jargon.
I got a lot of Harry Potter merch, as it's been one one of my new favourite discoveries last year. Since visiting the Harry Potter Studios I wanted to get a Niffler Plush, but they had none in stock, so my parents surprised me with one. I also got a Ron Pop Vinyl and a little Ron snowglobe. I also got lots of Harry Potter socks, and a cute mug with cartoons of all of the characters on.
Is there anything better than getting pyjamas for Christmas? Cosy Disney pyjamas to be exact. One Olaf pair, and a Minnie Mouse pair - both adorable and very comfy.
One of my favourite products of 2018, was Lush's Sleepy lotion so I was over the moon to receive a gift set of Sleepy shower gel and body lotion. I also got one of Impulses new body sprays, and a set of Zoella's mini perfumes (which all smell amazing)
One of my main gifts from my boyfriend was the Origins Box, which is full of travel size products from the Ginseng range that I've always wanted to try! I also got a mini of the Emma Hardy Moringa Cleansing Balm, which is also a new product to me. I saw the Stylpro a few months ago and knew I needed it - I hate washing my brushes so I hope this will make the process a lot quicker!
I received a lot of Disney gifts (of course) including this Mickey Museum book released for Mickey's 90th, a Minnie LED Light (to match my Mickey one from last year!), a cute candle, and this little Mickey shaped cactus.
There was so many cool Disney beauty products released this Christmas, but these Villains face masks have to be my favourite - I can't wait to look like Ursula! I also love these little Mickey shaped lip balm and hand cream.
My brother bought me my first Disney Traditions statue and I'm absolutely in love with it. It's one I hadn't seen before, and it's Mickey and Minnie standing under an umbrella.
I want to get back into baking again this year, so I asked for some baking equipment. I got these cute spatulas and Christmas timer (and yes I will be using this all year round) as well as a little cutter for icing to make different animals and shapes, which I can't wait to experiment with!
And that's everything I got! I'm so grateful for everything I received, and thank you for reading! Stay tuned as I've got so many posts planned for this year...
Love,
