Blogmas Day 11 - 7 Steps To The Best Christmas Pamper Evening

With only 2 weeks today until Christmas (eek!) I love using any spare evenings to have a little pamper session and around Christmas time it's just as important to take some me time and unwind.

Get Cozy
The best way to start a pamper evening is to make your space as cozy as possible. I like to tidy up my room of any clutter, turn on my fairy lights and light some festive candles.

Relaxing Bath
Then I love to make myself a cup of green tea and run a relaxing bath. It's not a pamper evening if you're not using Lush products, and my favourite has to be the Magic Wand Bubble Bar under the running water to create lots of bubbles. I also love using this with Snowella Bubble Bath from last years Zoella range.

Pamper Your Skin
I'm really bad at remembering to exfoliate my skin but I love the Soap and Glory Scrub Of Your Life, and then using the The Righteous Butter Body Wash.
After the relaxing bath, I love to make sure my skin is soft and hydrated especially as the winter months dry out my skin. Continuing with the S&G products, my favourite moisturiser is the Smoothie Star Moisture Body Milk.

DIY Facial
I'll give my face a proper cleanse once I'm out the bath, using the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser and massaging it onto my dry face. Then remove it with a hot flannel or cloth. Then I love to apply a face mask, my favourite the Garnier Moisture Bomb Sheet Mask.

Get Comfy
Putting on some cozy Christmas Pyjamas or a fluffy Christmas onesie is the best feeling after a bath. I love going back to my room where it smells amazing from lighting the candles earlier, and getting a snuggly blanket and putting on a Christmas film on Netflix.

Nails
I never really paint my nails unless it's over the festive period or a special occasion, but when I do I like to make a good job of it. I'll push back my cuticles, and use a oil on them. My favourite nail polish at the moment is the Essie in Model Clicks.

Relax
Now that I'm feeling all pampered and relaxed, I love to just grab some snacks, a big mug of hot chocolate, make a hot water bottle and do nothing for the rest of the evening!

I hope you're all enjoying the run up to Christmas so far!

Love Becci xx

How do you unwind after a long day?
